Yes, although the dedicated sourcing request page is better for detailed briefs because it also accepts quantities, delivery details and reference images.
We aim to review messages as quickly as possible during normal UK business hours. Detailed sourcing and delivery questions can take longer where we need information from a manufacturer or delivery partner.
Contact us immediately with the order number. We will check the current order stage, but changes are not always possible after a manufacturer has started preparing the goods.
